✨Welcome✨ My name is Ronya Martin. Founder of Lifestyle Locs LLC. I am a licensed hair designer dedicated to making hair care a lifestyle for every client that I encounter. My services range from locs to cuts. I enjoy what I do and take pride in my business. I respect all clients from all walks of life and expect the same in return. With that being said. Here are some expectations that makes our experiences with one another smooth and respectful. With love, Ronya Martin ✨All clients must choose the correct services. If not sure reach out to clarify via text for faster response. If at the time of service it is determined that the wrong service was chosen, if time affords, a price change will be in effect. ✨Be sure to select all services wanted at the time of booking. Only the services selected will be done. IF TIME IS ALLOTTED, it may be done but a price change will be in effect. ✨Masks are recommended and available upon arrival. ✨If you are experiencing excessive coughing, sneezing, sniffling, or any flu like symptoms, please keep both you and I safe by properly canceling your appointment. (Showing symptoms of being ill, making me uncomfortable, will result in being respectfully asked to leave). A 50% inconvenience fee will be in effect. NO EXCEPTIONS! ✨Only those being serviced will be allowed entry. No extras. This includes children unless discussed differently prior. ✨Appointment starts at designated time unless discussed differently. If client comes earlier than appointment time, understand that I may not be there until the appointment time or that I will not start until the appointment time. ✨Clients being dropped off, I will give a 20-25 min warning for when I’ll be done. That gives the driver ample time for a proper pick up. 10 min grace period is in place but once that time is up, a fee will be in effect. $1 a min. This ensures that I am off of the clock and able to conduct my schedule as planned. NO EXCEPTIONS! ✨Cancellation: Appointments not cancelled within 24hrs will be charged full amount of the appointment and must pay the debt before rescheduling again. NO EXCEPTIONS! ✨10 min. Grace period is applied. $10 fee will be applied if late after 10 minutes. BE ON TIME! ANYTHING AFTER 15 MINS. WILL BE CANCELLED WITH 50% INCONVENIENCE FEE APPLIED!! This also goes for me as a stylist. A decrease in price applies if I am over 10 mins late. ✨Payment may be through ApplePay or cash. NO EXCEPTIONS! ✨ALL NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE! RESULTING IN NOT BEING ABLE TO BOOK WITH ME AGAIN UNTIL DEBT IS PAID! ✨Clients have 48 hours to complain about hairstyle being loose or undone. After that, Lifestyle Locs is not responsible. ✨After each service l, clients are ask is the work is satisfactory. After the client leaves the chair all complaints will be taken into consideration and empathized with but no compensation will come of the complaints. ✨And lastly, please bring great energy and be ready for an experience. Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be cancelled within 24 hrs. If appointments are not canceled within the 24hrs, you will be charged 100% of the appointment price.
